Water boiling test has been performed, on induction cook plate, in solar pot with solar potlid on heating 5 kilos of water from 12 centigrade to 100 centigrade vigorous boiling in 23 minutes using 537 watthours; this was followed by 45 minutes simmering at 99 centigrade using 225 watthours. Solar cooking of chicken has been performed on only sunlight, in the snow in the winter in The Netherlands ( 52 deg, North).
