Elsa stove is cook stove that uses biomass for example virgin pellet/palm kennel shells or processed biomass (pellets) in the gassyfication produce gas for cooking and heating water. Elsa stove is also a biochar producing stove, thus after the cooking process the residue or the char known as biochar is used to improve certain types of soil to increase crop productivity.
