wood ash (sieved)
A 90mm chimney is placed on top of the oven when fire is started using a small piece of candle. The chimney is removed when the charcoal is glowing intensely. With coconut shell charcoal as fuel, there is no black soot deposit in the chimney (only fine ash) or petroleum taste in the baked foods; good control of the heat flow and oven temperature; continuous and easy re-fueling; excellent baking performance over a wide range of temperatures and foods - including cakes, muffins, breads, pies, pizzas, barbecues, meats, casseroles and vegetables.
The stove is included in the price of the Bingka oven.
